My doc told me to take a multivitamin since mine was a bit on the low side my last blood test. Think red meat is also a good source. As this is an ongoing investigation I would go with what the FDA recommends and cut spinach entirely out of the diet until this blows over. But do a better job taking a multi if you go that route, I got them in February and have taken maybe 5...

No I don't, I should but I always forget to take them. Perhaps if I move the bottle into the office I'll remember, that is where I usually eat breakfast...

I actually remembered mine today, after like 6 months of forgetting, having it in the room I eat breakfast is key I think...

I'm terrible about taking my vitamins! I have to take flax oil (for my hair and skin and circulation), vitamin c (because I'm at a college where everyone coughs on doorknobs), b 100s (because they're supposed to keep your stress down), calcium magnesium (before bed to aid in sleep), and ginko (because I have millions of things to remember).

Wow, I would never be able to keep track of all that! My multi has vitamin C, should be more dilagent since undergrads carry disease... It also has lycopene so I won't have to worry about my prostate !
