avatar?

i just want to know, how do you set a picture you made or like as your avatar? like in other forums, people can make their own avatars. but can you even do it here? if you can, how?

I don't know...I think if you make one elsewhere (paint???) you can upload it...i dunno, though

I don't think this one allows outside avatars, ask the admin.
