It's never lupus...it is often tapeworms though...oddly often...and once it was a toothpick...does toothpick count as a microbe? Answer: No. No it does not...

House rocks but lupus is not a microbe
There is no such thing as a lupus microbe, lupus is an autoimmune disorder which is when the body's own immune system attacks healthy human cells. While there is some speculation that some autoimmune disorders can be triggered by certain infections (often viral) for the most part it is generally unknown what causes many of these disorders, genetics often plays a role but again not always.

All don't watch house, even though it's cool, it freaks me out that what the people get is freaky, and that we can get it to. So, I would rather be ignorant XD
