Campy is a very cool looking organism, and given how prevalent it is it would be highly appropriate

Campy is the nickname given to Campylobacter species, such as C. jejuni. Campy are bacteria that are commonly found in the guts of poultry and they are the number 1 bacterial cause of food-borne illness in the US according to current CDC figures, it competes with Salmonella for the top spot most years, think there were 2-3 times as many Campy infections than Salmonella. It is a motile spiral shaped organism.
