Hm... Ear Ache and Pneumonia (sp?)
I just realized something, I think they (as in the makers and people's of Giantmicrobes) used the same picture of ear ache for Pneumonia. Anyone else see that?

Well, for Strep and Flesh Eating, doesn't it say they are caused by the same bacteria?

Not quite.
there are some differences with the eyes and the knife and fork on the flesh eating. also the pneumonia and earache ones are caused by the same microbe as well.
