I heard frog legs are good, not sure if I'd be adventurous enough to actually try them, seems a bit gross to me. I did try escargot, was not impressed!

I have a lot of those! Though I have recently discovered that my tastes have changed a bit, I like several things I hated before, like cooked mushrooms, I adore them now. And a friend of mine made a spicy BBQ sauce in class and made me try it and I actually liked it, maybe I am becomming less of a wimp!

I really like antalope steak with truffle (the mushroom, not the chocolate) sauce. Tried it in Colorado. T'was very good!

Never tried either of those, I would be willing too though. I tried shitake mushrooms, they were super nasty I thought!!! I like portabellas best, button are ok but not the best. I think they have morels (spelled wrong probably) around here but I don't know where to find them and would likely find a poisonous something if I tried...

we've had a bag of dried morels in the cupboard for about half a year...I could FedEx them to you!
