right now we only have lyme disease, blu-green algae, and scum...
hoping to get lots more... cool site.. these are a fun idea and nice to see other people interested as much as we are.

I think I first came across the plushie microbes when I was looking around the thinkgeek website. Was astonished to discover one small sci-fi/fantasy bookstore in Perth actually sells them!

The first one I got was HIV, much to my mother's disappointment. *sighs* She just doesn't understand how cool these thigns are. >.< But then she isn't a science geek like me. :P And I was given African Sleeping Sickness and Flesh Eating Disease just today by a friend of mine. So now I have three.

Although I must say, I'd love to see a Volvox plushie to go with the algae. Volvox are awesome.

I'm totally in love with the Microbes. Not only they are educational, but they are also fun and cute and... addicting. They make me want to collect them all.

This is the best idea i've seen in a while.

I just found these today and fully intend to buy all of them for my daughter. She is fascinated with microscopes and the human body.
