Default Jobs in the Microbiology Field?
I am curious... Does anyone here wish to go into a job field that is, or is similar to, microbiology?

Well... I don't know if I should..... But I have an interest in biology, I find it really fun to learn, but then there are those lab report essays... I really fail at those... T_T

How come?

Not really, I would however like to be a geneticist specializing in genetic diseases and disorders. I really have an interest in cystic fibrosis.

I do. I have a bachelor's in biology and currently work in clinical testing for the HPV vaccine. Too bad kskerr hasn't been around in a while; last I recall she was getting a graduate degree in microbiology and she could probably tell you a bit more than I could.

Right now I'm trying to decide between biology and meteorology as a career choice. *shrug* I luv them both honestly. Microbiology is interesting, especially when it comes to diatoms, they are so beautiful!

As well as genetics I also like pathology. Neither is microbiology but I just thought I'd mention it.

right now im looking up all the info one how to start a phage therapy company. im thinkin about getting a degree in business and virology. i have a plan to rid the world of tb with phages but i cant tell you too much about it for security reasons. if that plan works we may not have to worry about any bacteria causing disease ever again(i know, its a huge plan!!!). bye bye superbugs!!!!!
