i dont get it it turns out that the maggot and house fly ae not the same spicies

Wha? But maggots are supposed be the larval stage of flies... hmm... Maybe it's a root name, since there are many types of flies and not all the maggots can be identified until they fully mature.

i meant the gianticrobes maggot is that of a greenbottle fly not a house fly why are they different.

Oh... well uh.... I don't know. Maybe because they decided that putting the maggot under a different species would be slightly more interesting than just putting it under the common housefly...
