Munster rocks, cheddar (not the fancy ones though), mozzeralla, coby are all great too. American is disgusting, as are most of the moldy ones, though there is one that is ok, camembert (that is likely spelled wrong) it has a different kind of mold which does not taste as nasty (heard it is penecillium, guess what that mold makes...).
