Do you name your microbes?
Well, yes, but when I get the ulcer cell I'm going to name it Willyum, (that is actually how it will be spelled :D (someone I once knew thought that was how my name was spelled)) because it had been infecting me. :(

No
I don't, but my mom does for fun. She called my salmonella Flagella Salmonella, and E.coli Edward Coli.:D
I have hard times thinking of names, but these are what I call some:
Flu = Flubie (Just sounds cute) Ulcer = Ulsera (a dislexic spelling of Ursela) Athlete's Foot = Cletes (Like the football shoes) |
They already have names...
They just have their normal names like "Flu", "Yeast" etc., but a friend of mine calls hers "Hefe-Bobbel" (Little Yeast Ball), which is not African but Swabian.
I sometimes call them by the scientific name, sometimes by the common name. Still, I only go by the card.
I named all of my microbes. I have 12 and it would probably take me forever to post all there names. Oh well.
Post them anyway, I am curious :)!
