Have a really boring actor/actress be sleeping sickness =). And perhaps one in a ton of movies can be E. coli since it is so prolific.

Christopher Lee as E. Coli? I don't think anyone beats him for number and range of movie titles he's been in! :)

I don't know, I see Christopher Walken portraying Ebola quite well. John Malkovich could be Mad Cow.

I don't know about Christopher Lee as E. Coli - I was thinking more along the lines of Kevin Bacon because almost everyone has worked/come into contact with him.

Yeah, I know he's infamous for this because of the game "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon", but The Oracle Of Bacon at Virginia has a list of the top connecting actors in movies at their The Center of the Hollywood Universe page, and that's where I picked up Christopher Lee. :)
