Earliest Giant Microbes

Hi everyone!:)
Does any one know who the earliest Giant Microbes were:confused: . The most famous seem to be Sore Throat, Common Cold, and pretty much all the healths. Would these have been the first? I'd like to know.:)

I am pretty sure it started off with small sicknesses like Common Cold, Sore Throat, etc.~ And just... evolved from there!

Cold, Flu, Strep Throat, and Cough.

I saw somewhere that there were originaly going to make just common cold and then they made sore throat flu and stomach ache:D :D :D :D
