I'm just wondering, has anyone here bought the pteri dish microbes?
I'm a secondary (high school) teacher and I was thinking of having an activity with my students where they need to match up photos to plushies to descriptions and categories. Originally I was going to purchase the large ones from thinkgeek, but then I came onto this site as saw the Pteri Dish ones and figure they might be better. That way if one gets lost it's not a big issue, and I get more of them so I can make the activity larger.
What are the Pteri Dish Microbes like compared to the larger ones? Are they exactly the same but just smaller? How much smaller are they?
