Is your site secure?

Yes. The site is protected by a Thawte SSL security certificate. After you select your items and enter your shipping address, the security system will activate and only then will the site request sensitive credit card information. (Depending on your browser, there should be an indication that the security certificate is active -- for example, a small lock appears on Internet Explorer browsers.)

How much will it cost to ship to .... ?

Shipping rates are determined by the size and destination of the order. Please select your items and enter the shipping destination on the shipping page. Our system will calculate the shipping costs for you.

How long will it take my order to get to .... ?

Orders are generally shipped the day the order is placed, except during holiday periods when high order volume can result in delays up to several days. Shipping times times vary depending on selected shipping method. Within Canada, normal shipping times are approximately 5 working days.

How can I get the tracking number for my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. When your order is actually boxed and shipped, you will receive a second email which will contain your tracking number. (Please note: You will only receive a tracking number if you have (a) provided a billing email address during the check-out process and (b) selected UPS or FEDEX as your shipping method.)
